Payment for Services and Co-pays
Most insurance plans require that we collect a co-pay at the time
of service. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks or credit
cards which include American Express, Visa, Discover and MasterCard
for payment. You will be sent a bill for any remaining balance.
A financial counselor is available to address any problems or
concerns or simply help answer your questions. Depending on your
income and needs you may qualify for foundation grants or
pharmaceutical assistance programs.
